It's Friday

It's Friday. It seems people work toward just getting to Friday so they can enjoy the weekend.

There was a time when people looked toward the weekend so they could get to worship again on Sunday to sing praise to God.

Would our weekends be different if we looked to them with the anticipation of giving thanks to God for making it through another week? Would our weekends be different if we actually began the week in worship five days before?

It's Friday. They only way to get God in our lives is to plan to spend time with the Lord.

I want to provide a means to assist you in your personal conversations with God. Prayer is hard enough when ‘times are good;’ it can be even harder when we think ‘times are not so good.’ And yet, prayer is the primary means of communicating with God in both good and bad times.

How do we approach God, especially in difficult times? God loves you and desires to be in relationship with you, but it can be hard to speak with God. We often ask, “What do I say and how do I say it?” People are in need of spiritual growth and direction in their lives.
